Another helping hand to make the garden beautiful for all

The rain event is seem to be getting more frequently for the past few weeks, but the wet weather never dampen the spirit for a group of 15 volunteers from Gyanothayam Chennai (a mediation group).  There was a downpour in the morning on 15th Oct (Hari Raya Haji) and in order to plant the saplings at Tampines Eco Green park, the volunteers will have to wait for the rain to subside.

Working hand-in-hand despite the flood at the holding area for plants

It was about 1 pm in the afternoon when volunteers starts to wrap up and prepare for a discussion (to gather feedback) and followed by a vegan lunch prepared by the volunteers.

Freshly prepared lunch!  Thanks to
Gyanothayam Chennai for offering their voluntary services to make the garden a beautiful place for all!
